Specifically designed for women between 30 and 40 years old who'd like to lose 10-20 pounds of baby weight, gain overall strength, and repair their abdominals and pelvic floor muscles.

Deliverables:

  • Fitness/ Nutrition program customized to your goals ($2000 value)

  • 3-4 days of workouts per week delivered via App:

    • Ab/core repair with specific exercises

    • Full body strengthening workouts

    • Weak point mobility work, with self assessment tool

  • Weekly check-in call to discuss how things are going  ($125 x 12 = $1500 value)

  • 1 Movement Assessment Call or Appointment (zoom or in person) ($200 value)
