Facebook Video Fact Check: Work Those Glutes

Have you heard of "sleepy bum syndrome"?

Yeah, neither have I.

So when I saw a fitness "expert" on a Facebook live video this morning, I felt that you deserved to hear the truth.

This was from a sponsored post. That means someone is spending ad money to get it in front of people.

They're misleading even more women into thinking that being strong is somehow detrimental to our health and selling a program that can not deliver on it's promises because it isn't backed by actual science or fact.

When it comes to seeing things on the internet, I recommend you put on your "bullsh*t detector" and keep a strong sense of skepticism about you. If something sounds too simple or too good to be true... it probably is.

I'm all for free market economies and making a good living, but I expect people to also be ethical, decent human beings. Since apparently we can't count on others to behave in such a way... I'm going to continue to do my best to educate women about the FACTS surrounding fitness and nutrition. Because, ladies, we can do better than this.

This is my first time ever trying the VLOG (video blog) so let me know if you like it!
