I’ve been working with my clients for more than 13 years with the goal of empowering them through education and experience, so they can move through their life with confidence.

Coming from a very non-athletic background, and even being overweight as a kid myself, I was motivated to figure out how I could be one of those "healthy people."

And I'm here to tell you: there's no secret, no magic pill, no quick fix!

Health and fitness comes only through consistency, dedication, and a commitment to being a little better everyday.
